Teavian days 8-11

artslamI guess I'm having a hard time keeping up. I'm getting 5 days off from work as a break though starting the 17th so I hope to get more stuff done then!
Until then...I started the next bird pic!
I hope this fits in with the theme properly, originally they were each going to be like the goldfinch one, close up and detailed but then I got inspired by a few things. I saw a cardinal today flying away. I realized whenever I see cardinals, they're often taking off, and you see a flash of red for just a moment. So I decided I'd do the cardinal one like that. I just hope this composition is okay because I'm in the very indecisive beginning stage!
